Short answer: our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The Servorio app stores only what it needs to keep you signed in, remember your settings and keep payments safe.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which lets a web app remember settings on your device, and connections to other companies' servers, for example to load fonts. This policy explains which ones Servorio uses, why, and how you can control them. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

Visitors to servorio.com receive no cookies from us. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or session recording on our website.

The app uses only strictly necessary and preference storage. These do not track you across other websites, and the app cannot work properly without them.

4. What we do not use

No advertising or retargeting cookies.
No social media pixels.
No selling or sharing of cookie data with advertisers.
No live location tracking.

5. If we add analytics in the future

If we add analytics or any technology that could identify, locate or profile you, we will update this policy first and keep it off by default until you turn it on through a clear choice on our website, as Quebec law requires. You will be able to change your choice at any time.

6. Your choices

Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary storage for app.servorio.com, you will not be able to stay signed in.
Global Privacy Control. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.
Do Not Track. We do not track you across websites, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
