The agreement between your business and Servorio. We wrote it in plain language, and we kept the parts that matter most to you near the top: your data stays yours, the price is the price, and you can leave whenever you want.
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Effective: October 17, 2026
The short version
Servorio is software for businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
You own your data. We use it only to run Servorio for you, and we never sell it or use it to train AI models.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the app.
You are responsible for how you use Servorio with your own clients: their consent to messages and calls, the contracts you sell them, and the work you do.
AI features suggest; your people decide. Always check AI results before you send or save them.
If you leave, you can export your data. After the export window, we delete it.
This summary helps you read the terms. It does not replace them.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], operating as Servorio ("Servorio", "we", "us"), and the business that creates or uses a Servorio account ("Customer", "you").
Servorio is made for businesses. It is not intended for personal, family or household use. By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using Servorio, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live and that you have the authority to accept these Terms for your business. If you do not agree, do not use Servorio.
These Terms include our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refunds and Cancellation Policy, and any order or plan details shown when you subscribe. If something in an order conflicts with these Terms, the order applies to that point only.
2. Definitions
Service means the Servorio web app, mobile and tablet experiences, website, APIs, AI features, phone and messaging features, and related support.
Users means the people you allow to use your account, such as owners, managers, dispatchers, technicians, warehouse and office staff.
Your Clients means the people and businesses you serve, such as homeowners, tenants, property managers and companies.
Customer Data means all information you, your Users or Your Clients put into or create in the Service, including customer records, jobs, schedules, notes, photos, estimates, invoices, inventory, call transcripts, messages and files.
AI Output means text, suggestions, bookings, item lists or other results produced by the Service's AI features.
Plan means the subscription you choose, as described on our pricing page when you subscribe.
3. Your account and your users
Account owner. The person who creates the account is the account owner and controls the account, its Users, its permissions and its billing. The account belongs to your business, not to an individual employee. You can change the owner by contacting us with proof of authority.
Accurate information. Keep your business name, contact details and billing details accurate and up to date.
One person, one login. Each User needs their own login. Logins may not be shared.
Roles and permissions. You decide what each User can see and do. You are responsible for the roles you assign and for everything done through your account.
Keep access safe. Protect passwords and sign-in links, remove Users who leave your business, and tell us right away at support@servorio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Demo workspaces, trials and invitations
Demo workspaces contain fictional sample data. Messages, calls and payments in a demo are simulated and are not sent to real people. Do not enter real client information in a demo. We may limit demo features, including AI use, and we may delete inactive demo workspaces without notice.
Free trials and promotions. If we offer a free trial, free jobs, an invitation to go live without payment, or another promotion, its limits are shown in the app or in the invitation. When it ends, you need a paid Plan to keep creating new work. Your data stays available as described in section 25.
Demos, trials and invitations are provided "as is", and we may change or end them at any time.
5. Plans, fees and taxes
The price is the price. Each Plan includes the features listed on our pricing page when you subscribe. We do not charge for features as hidden add-ons. Where a Plan has usage limits (for example, number of Users, phone numbers, messages or daily AI minutes), they are shown on the pricing page or in the app.
Currency. Customers in Canada are billed in Canadian dollars. Customers in the United States are billed in US dollars. Other countries are billed in the currency shown at checkout.
Billing. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period to the payment method on file, through our payment processor, Stripe. Extra Users added during a period may be charged for that period, prorated where the app says so.
Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. We add applicable sales taxes, such as GST/HST, QST and PST in Canada and state or local sales taxes in the United States, unless you give us a valid exemption.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and try again. If it is still unpaid 14 days after our first notice, we may limit your account to read-only until payment is made. Your data is not deleted because of a late payment while the account remains open.
Price changes. We may change Plan prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app before a new price applies to you. The change applies from your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
Billing questions. If you think a charge is wrong, tell us within 60 days of the charge so we can look into it.
6. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Automatic renewal. Your Plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the current price for your Plan, until you cancel. Monthly Plans renew every month. If we offer annual Plans, the renewal terms are shown before you buy.
Cancel anytime. The account owner can cancel in the app under Settings, Subscription, or by writing to support@servorio.com. There is no long-term contract on monthly Plans and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds. Fees already paid are not refundable except as described in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy or where the law requires.
7. Your data
You own Customer Data. As between you and us, you keep all rights in Customer Data.
Our limited permission. You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and maintain the Service for you, to follow your instructions, and to comply with the law.
No selling, no AI training. We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not allow our AI providers to train their models on it.
Service statistics. We may create aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the Service is used (for example, how often a feature is used) to run and improve Servorio. These statistics do not identify you, your Users or Your Clients.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, and for having the rights and consents needed to put it into Servorio.
Exporting. You can export your Customer Data at any time while your account is open, using the export tools in the app or by asking us. Exports are provided in common formats, such as CSV, PDF or ZIP files.
Backups. We keep backups to protect the Service, but you should keep your own copies of records you are legally required to keep.
8. Your clients' information
When you store information about Your Clients in Servorio, you decide why and how it is used, and we process it on your behalf. Under privacy laws, you are the organization responsible for that information (sometimes called the "controller" or "business"), and we are your service provider (sometimes called the "processor"). Section 29 explains how we handle it.
You are responsible for giving Your Clients any privacy notices the law requires, getting any consents you need, and answering their requests. If one of Your Clients contacts us about their information, we will refer them to you and help you respond where we reasonably can.
9. AI features
Servorio includes AI features, such as Paste to Book, Voice to Invoice, Receive by Photo, the Part Finder, L.I.S.A and Ask Your Business.
Suggestions, not decisions. AI features fill in, suggest and draft. A person on your team reviews and approves before a booking is made, an invoice or message is sent, or stock is received. Servorio's AI does not make final decisions about Your Clients on its own.
Check the results. AI Output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it looks right. Part numbers, quantities, costs, prices, addresses, dates and descriptions must be checked by you before you rely on them. You are responsible for what you send, charge, order and do.
Not professional advice. AI Output is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, safety or code-compliance advice.
How AI processing works. To produce AI Output, the content you submit (for example, a pasted message, a voice note, a photo of a supplier invoice or a call transcript) is sent to our AI providers for processing. Our AI providers process it for us under contract, do not use it to train their models, and may keep it for a short time for security and abuse monitoring. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Ownership. As between you and us, you own AI Output created from your Customer Data. Similar output may be produced for other customers, and we do not promise that AI Output is unique or protected by copyright.
Daily AI minutes. Each Plan, and each free trial, includes a daily allowance of AI minutes, shown on the pricing page or in the app. The allowance is shared by all AI features in your account, including L.I.S.A. Minutes reset every day and unused minutes do not carry over. When the day's minutes are used, AI features pause until the next day and the rest of the Service keeps working. You can buy optional extra AI minutes in packs. Pack minutes are used only after the day's minutes are used, and their price and terms are shown before you buy. We may also limit use that appears automated or abusive.
Translations. Screens and documents in French, Spanish, Hebrew and Russian may be translated with the help of AI. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. L.I.S.A and phone calls
L.I.S.A (Listen, Interact, Suggest, Action) is an optional assistant for your dispatchers. When a User turns it on during a call, L.I.S.A listens to the conversation, transcribes it, and prepares a booking for the dispatcher to approve, edit or ignore. L.I.S.A never speaks to the caller and never books a job without a person's approval.
Your duty to tell callers. Laws on recording and listening to calls differ by place. In Canada, privacy laws require that people be told when their call is transcribed and why. In the United States, several states require the consent of everyone on the call, including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington. You are responsible for giving callers clear notice and getting any consent required before using L.I.S.A, for example with a greeting such as: "This call may be transcribed to help us book your service."
Our limits. We process call audio and transcripts only to provide L.I.S.A to you. We do not use them for our own purposes and we do not use them to train AI models.
Phone numbers. Calls in Servorio run on a telephone account you connect, such as your own Twilio account. Your phone numbers stay in that account, under that provider's terms, and remain yours if you leave Servorio. You are responsible for that account and its charges. If we later offer phone numbers supplied through Servorio, their terms will be shown when you get one.
Recording notice. Servorio lets you play a recording notice before each call connects. Turning it on helps you meet your notice obligations, but you remain responsible for using wording that fits the laws where you and your callers are.
Emergencies. Servorio phone features are not designed for emergency calls. Do not rely on them to reach 911 or other emergency services.
11. Text messages and email to your clients
When you send appointment reminders, invoices, receipts, photos, review requests or other messages to Your Clients through Servorio, you are the sender. You are responsible for:
having the consent the law requires before sending, including under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act and do-not-call rules;
keeping marketing messages separate from service messages, and sending marketing only to people who agreed to receive it;
identifying your business in every message and honoring opt-outs, such as replies of STOP, right away;
respecting quiet hours and any carrier rules, including business registration for text messaging in the United States.
We may block or delay messages that appear to be spam or that put our sending numbers at risk. Message delivery depends on carriers and email providers, and we cannot promise that every message will arrive.
12. Payments you collect
If you collect payments from Your Clients through Servorio, payment processing is provided by Stripe, not by Servorio. You must accept Stripe's terms for your payment account, and Stripe's fees, payout schedules, reserves and chargeback rules apply. Servorio is not a bank, money transmitter or payment processor, and we do not hold your funds. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Servorio. You are responsible for your refund policies, disputes with Your Clients, surcharging rules and the taxes on your sales.
13. Service plans you sell
Servorio lets you create service plans, maintenance memberships and protection plans, with contracts, inspection reports and recurring billing. Plan templates and contract wording in Servorio are starting points only, not legal advice.
You are the party to every plan you sell to Your Clients. You are responsible for its terms and for following the laws that apply to it, including consumer protection laws on contract disclosures, automatic renewals, cancellation rights and notices, warranties and extended-service contracts, licensing and taxes in each province or state where you sell. You are also responsible for doing the work your plans promise.
14. Photos, files and job records
Your Users can take photos and attach files to jobs, inspections and inventory, and send them to Your Clients. You are responsible for having the right to take, keep and share them, and for avoiding photos of people or private information that are not needed for the job. Inspection photos and reports are kept as part of Customer Data and are available to you as a record of condition.
15. Acceptable use
You and your Users must not:
break any law, or use Servorio to harass, threaten, defraud or discriminate against anyone;
send spam or messages without the consent the law requires, or make calls that violate recording, telemarketing or do-not-call laws;
upload malware, or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
probe, scan or test the Service's security, or get around its limits, except with our written permission;
copy, resell, rent, frame or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
scrape the Service, or send automated traffic beyond normal use of our published APIs;
store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive information in notes or free-text fields, unless a field is designed for it;
use the Service in a way that could harm Servorio, our other customers or our partners.
16. Third-party services
Servorio works with services from other companies, such as payment processing, telephone carriers, email delivery, maps and AI providers, and any integrations you choose to connect. Those services are provided under their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control, but we choose our service providers carefully and require them to protect data as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Availability, changes and beta features
We work to keep Servorio available at all times, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We try to schedule maintenance outside normal North American business hours.
We improve Servorio all the time. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature that is part of your Plan, we will give you reasonable notice. If the change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a prorated refund of fees paid in advance for the unused period.
Features marked "beta", "preview" or "early access" are optional, may change or end at any time, and are provided "as is".
18. Security
We protect the Service and Customer Data with administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections, access controls, separation between customer accounts, and logging. No system is perfectly secure. If we confirm a security incident that affects your Customer Data, we will tell you without undue delay and give you the information you reasonably need to meet your own obligations.
19. Confidentiality
Each of us may receive non-public information from the other, such as Customer Data, pricing, product plans or security details. The receiving party will use it only for purposes of this agreement, protect it with reasonable care, and share it only with people who need to know it and are bound to keep it confidential. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already known to it, independently developed, or rightfully received from someone else. Information may be disclosed when the law requires, with prior notice where legally allowed.
20. Intellectual property and feedback
Servorio, including its software, designs, text, graphics, templates, the names "Servorio" and "L.I.S.A", and our logos, belongs to us or our licensors. While your Plan is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your Users to use the Service for your internal business purposes, under these Terms. We keep all rights not expressly given. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
21. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Servorio does not guarantee business results, and does not check the accuracy of Customer Data, AI Output, supplier information, tax rates or prices you set. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
22. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business or goodwill, even if it was told they were possible;
each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Servorio in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 dollars in your billing currency.
These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, to your obligations under section 23, or to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
23. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Servorio, and its owners, employees and contractors, against claims by third parties, and the resulting losses, damages, fines and reasonable legal costs, arising from: Customer Data; your messages and calls to Your Clients; the service plans, contracts, prices and work you provide to Your Clients; or your or your Users' breach of these Terms or the law. We will notify you promptly of a claim, let you control the defence, and cooperate reasonably at your cost. You may not settle a claim that imposes an obligation on us without our consent.
24. Suspension and termination
You can end this agreement at any time by cancelling your Plan as described in section 6.
We may suspend access, limit features or end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, do not pay, use the Service unlawfully, or put the Service, other customers or Your Clients at risk. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. We may act immediately when needed to prevent harm or comply with the law.
We may end this agreement for convenience with at least 60 days' notice. If we do, we will refund fees you paid in advance for the period after it ends.
25. After your account ends
Export window. For 60 days after your account ends, the account owner can sign in to a read-only account to view and export Customer Data, without paying for a Plan.
Deletion. After the export window, we delete Customer Data from the Service within 30 days. Copies in backups are overwritten on our regular backup cycle. We may keep limited information when the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records) or to resolve disputes and enforce these Terms.
Earlier deletion. The account owner can ask us to delete Customer Data sooner by writing to privacy@servorio.com.
Welcome back. If you return later, you can import a previous export into a new account.
Sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 7, 19 to 23, 25, 26 and 28, survive the end of this agreement.
26. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before starting a formal claim, please contact us at legal@servorio.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If we cannot, each of us agrees that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a claim in a small claims court where it qualifies, and either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.
27. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Servorio and the law change. If a change is material, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Minor changes, such as clarifications or legally required updates, may take effect when posted. The date at the top shows when these Terms were last updated. If you keep using Servorio after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
28. General terms
Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they include are the entire agreement between us about the Service, and replace any earlier discussions. Terms in your purchase orders do not apply.
Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent, except to a buyer of all or most of your business. We may transfer it as part of a merger, sale or reorganization, with notice to you.
Force majeure. Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failures, carrier outages, labour disputes, war, government action or attacks on systems. This does not excuse payment of fees.
Notices. We send notices to the account owner's email or in the app. You send notices to legal@servorio.com.
Severability and waiver. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
Independent parties. We are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service in, or for anyone in, a country or list subject to Canadian or US sanctions.
Language. The parties have required that these Terms and related documents be drawn up in English, except where the law requires a French version. A French version will be made available to customers in Quebec. Les parties ont exigé que ces conditions et les documents connexes soient rédigés en anglais, sauf lorsque la loi exige une version française.
29. Data processing terms
This section applies when we process personal information in Customer Data on your behalf.
Instructions. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in these Terms, as you instruct through the Service, and as the law requires. We will tell you if we believe an instruction breaks the law.
Our people. Our staff and contractors who can access it are bound to keep it confidential and receive access only as needed.
Service providers. We use carefully chosen service providers (subprocessors) for hosting, payments, telephony, messaging, email delivery and AI processing. They are listed in our Privacy Policy. We require them by contract to protect the information to a standard at least as protective as ours, and we remain responsible for them. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a new subprocessor through the Privacy Policy or by email, and you may object on reasonable privacy grounds. If we cannot address the objection, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund of prepaid fees.
Location. Customer Data is stored and processed in Canada and the United States, and may be accessed by our service providers in those countries. Information stored outside your province, state or country may be accessible to courts and authorities there under their laws.
Requests from individuals. We will help you respond to requests from individuals to access, correct, delete or move their information, mainly through the tools in the app.
Security incidents. We will notify you without undue delay, and where feasible within 72 hours, after confirming a security incident that affects personal information in Customer Data, and we will cooperate with you on any notice to individuals or regulators.
Service provider status. For US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, we act as your "service provider" or "processor". We will not sell or share the personal information, use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, combine it with other data except as allowed by law, or keep, use or disclose it outside our direct business relationship with you.
Information and assessments. On reasonable request, no more than once a year, we will provide information reasonably needed to show our compliance with this section, and help with privacy impact assessments you are required to perform, including under Quebec law.
Return and deletion. At the end of the agreement, we return and delete the information as described in section 25.
