Daily AI minutes reset every day; when they're used up, AI pauses until the next day and everything else keeps working. Need more? Optional AI minute packs start at $20 for 300 minutes. A user is anyone who signs in: owner, office, dispatch, technicians and warehouse. Canadian customers pay in CAD, US customers in USD. Taxes extra where they apply.

Use Servorio for 30 days or your first 50 jobs, whichever comes first. A counter always shows how many jobs and days are left.
No. You don't enter a card until you choose a plan, so nothing is ever charged automatically when the trial ends.
Every new job you create, however you create it: by hand, with AI or with L.I.S.A. Sample jobs from the demo and history you import don't count. Deleting or cancelling a job doesn't give it back.
Yes. You get 5 AI minutes a day during the trial, shared by L.I.S.A and every AI tool. When they're used up, Servorio tells you clearly, and they come back the next day.
Yes. When you start your real workspace, keep the records you created in the demo or start clean. The sample company's data is never copied.
Choose Solo, Starter or Team, add a card and keep going in the same workspace with all your data. If you don't choose a plan, new jobs pause. You still have 7 days to finish, invoice and get paid for open jobs. After that, your account is read-only: you can still see your records and reports.
If you're actively using Servorio and need a little longer, ask us. We can extend the trial by 14 days.

Anyone who signs in to Servorio: the owner, office staff, dispatchers, technicians and warehouse staff. Your customers never count as users.
Yes. Solo is $59 a month (CA$79) for one user, with every feature included. You can add up to 2 more users for $35 a month each (CA$45). At 3 users, Starter costs the same and includes 5, so we move you up.
Add users anytime. On Solo, each extra user costs $35 a month (CA$45), up to 3 users. On Starter, each user above 5 costs $25 a month (CA$35). On Team, each user above 15 costs $19 a month (CA$25). When the next plan becomes cheaper for you, we let you know.
No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime in the app. Yearly plans give you 2 months free.
Yes, in every plan, with a daily allowance of AI minutes shared by L.I.S.A and every AI tool: 30 minutes a day on Solo, 60 on Starter and 120 on Team. Minutes reset every day. When the day's minutes are used up, Servorio tells you, AI pauses until the next day, and everything else keeps working. Need more on busy days? Add an optional AI minute pack: 300 minutes for $20, 500 for $30 or 1,000 for $45 (US dollars; Canadian prices are shown in the app). Pack minutes are used only after the day's minutes run out.
Card processing fees charged by Stripe on payments your customers make, and your own Twilio phone line if you use calls. Nothing else.
Yes, two ways. The live demo is open to anyone with an email. The free trial lets you run your real business for 30 days or 50 jobs, whichever comes first. No credit card and no sales call for either.
Yes. Upgrade anytime and it applies right away. Downgrades apply from your next billing period.
Canadian businesses pay in Canadian dollars. US businesses pay in US dollars. Sales taxes are added where they apply.
