No contracts, no cancellation fees, no "call us to cancel". Here is exactly how cancelling works, when you get money back, and how to ask.
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Effective: October 17, 2026
The short version
Cancel anytime in the app. No long-term contract and no cancellation fee on monthly plans.
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't charge you again.
We don't give partial refunds for unused days, except in the cases listed below.
If we made a mistake, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it in full.
Your data is not held hostage. You have 60 days after your account ends to export it, free.
1. How billing works
Free trial. The trial costs nothing and doesn't need a card. It never turns into a paid plan on its own: you are only charged after you choose a plan and confirm.
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, to the card on file through our payment processor, Stripe.
Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Canadian customers are billed in Canadian dollars and US customers in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes are added to each bill.
If we offer annual plans, the price, renewal date and refund terms are shown before you buy.
We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your bill.
2. How to cancel
The account owner can cancel at any time:
In the app: go to Settings, then Subscription, and cancel your plan.
By email: write to support@servorio.com from the account owner's email address. We confirm by email, usually within one business day.
You never need a phone call or a sales conversation to cancel.
3. What happens when you cancel
Access until the end of the period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You and your team keep full access until then.
No more charges. We will not charge your card again after the period ends.
Your data. For 60 days after your account ends, the account owner can sign in to a read-only account to view and export Customer Data, without paying. After that, the data is deleted as described in our Terms of Service.
Phone numbers. Your numbers live in the Twilio account you connected, so they stay yours. Nothing needs to be transferred back.
Changed your mind? You can restart your plan before the period ends and nothing changes. If you come back later, you can import your earlier export into a new account.
4. When you get a refund

5. When refunds are not given
For unused days in a month after you cancel, or for months in which you did not use Servorio.
For users you added and later removed during a billing period.
When an account is suspended or closed because of non-payment or a serious breach of our Terms of Service, such as spam or illegal use.
For fees charged by third parties, such as your bank, card issuer or payment processor.
We are a small company that believes in being fair. If something went wrong and it isn't listed here, write to us anyway. We look at every request.
6. Changing plans and users
Upgrading takes effect right away. Any difference for the current period is charged or prorated as shown in the app before you confirm.
Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period. There is no refund for the current period.
Adding users may be charged for the current period, prorated where the app says so. Removing users lowers your next bill.
7. How to ask for a refund
Email billing@servorio.com from the account owner's email address within 60 days of the charge, with:
your business name and the account owner's email;
the date and amount of the charge;
a short explanation.
We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are solved faster by email. If a chargeback is filed while we are already working on a refund, the refund may be delayed until the bank's process ends. Accounts with an open chargeback may be limited to read-only until it is resolved. Your data is not deleted because of a dispute.
9. Payments you collect from your clients
This policy covers your Servorio subscription only. Refunds of payments that your clients make to your business, including service plan payments, are decided by you under your own policies and the law, and are processed through your Stripe account under Stripe's terms.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance, as described in our Terms of Service. Changes never apply to charges made before they take effect.
